Subs

Orchestra subs are a donation to the Isis Chamber Orchestra charity (register no: 1087461); the suggested amount is £25 per concert. Payment can be by cash, cheque, or alternatively our bank details are sent around to players shortly before rehearsals begin.

Charity

All proceeds from this concert will go to the Help Musicians charity (formly known as The Musicians' Benevolent Fund), Judith's charity of choice.

Friday 18th September 2026 - 7.30pm - 9.45pm, strings, with flute(s) and harp if possible

Tuesday 22nd September 2026 - 7.30pm - 9.45pm

Friday 25th September 2026 - 7.30pm - 9.45pm, full orchestra

Saturday 26th September 2026 - tutti, St Michael and All Angels Church, Summertown

Concert Dress

Gents-style attire

White shirt, black dinner jacket, black bow tie.

Ladies-style attire

Smart all black.

Venues

Car

There is residential parking in the roads around the church. Do look at the parking restrictions as they vary a lot from bay to bay, however there is more parking available the further you go away from Summertown, e.g. on Portland Rd, Kings Cross Rd and Hamilton Rd.

Note also that there is a foot path (King George's Walk) which is a shortcut from Portland Rd to the church.

Bus

There are bus stops on the Banbury Rd, with frequent buses.

Cycle

There are several hoops for cycle parking next to the church on the north side, around the corner from the main entrance.
